Our main goal here is to ensure your systems and offer can handle a full time closer. We don't believe in having closers on multiple offers or closing part-time. A full day of singular focus on pre-calls, sales calls and follow-up for your offer is what leads to exponential growth.
Once we have your requirements for a closer, we access our candidate pool to conduct interviews. All candidates must complete a 1 hour assessment to be considered for an interview. Assessments consist of communication tests, attention to detail, DISC, Enneagram, etc...
We ensure to hire and train top talent to close for your offer!
Once a rep is selected, they will meet with you. If approved, they will begin their sales training process, getting access to our training portal and 1 on 1 training from one of our sales managers. Once all assets are collected, the rep will be ready to jump on the offer within 2 weeks.
Management & Scale
We will manage the rep ongoing. We meet daily to go over targets, assess yesterday's results, and practice pitch to ensure our closers stay sharp and closing at a high percentage. Daily updates and reports are sent to you, so you're always in the loop.
This process is then repeated to onboard as many reps on your offer as possible!
